It's important to spend time thinking about how we really feel - especially about the things we normally avoid thinking about. The parts of us that we keep hidden from ourselves and others, all make up what people like to call our Shadow Side or Shadow Self. We need to examine and understand this side of ourselves, because the Shadow could be playing a large role in our lives without us knowing. 30 Days of Talking to My Shadow is a journal that allows you to be gently introduced to your Shadow side. There is one prompt and one affirmation per-day, and each week focuses on one topic at a time, to give yourself plenty of time and space to go deeper into your feelings on the subject. The weekly themes are:

Week 2 - TRUST

Week 3 - LOVE

Week 4 - PAIN
